With over 16 years of experience in the childcare sector, my background includes roles in social care, nursery management, and private nannying.

As a manager, I prioritised providing my staff with top-notch training that was directly applicable to their responsibilities.

The onset of the pandemic in 2020 shifted my focus to working with a private medical company while continuing my full-time job. In 2022, I completed training to become a FREC3 First Responder, driven by my lifelong interest in first aid and the significance of possessing fundamental skills, particularly stemming from my upbringing on a farm.

Working at events, I enjoyed delivering customised sessions on safeguarding and first aid to charities and youth groups, ensuring practical and relevant scenarios for hands-on practice.

This experience prompted me to pursue re-qualification as a trainer and launch R.E.B. Training Services. My objective is to deliver high-quality learning tailored to the specific requirements of our partner organizations, empowering individuals with the confidence to apply their newly acquired skills.
